Education and Experience

  • College or University graduate (some positions)

  • Receive and file incoming letters and documents
  • Maintain stationary supplies and coordinating deliveries
  • Schedule meetings
  • Supply and manage office equipment, office supplies and kitchen utilities
  • Telephone operator
  • Welcome and receive guests
  • General tidiness of the office
  • Agenda management: travel arrangements, meetings, hotels etc
